Where conventional landscaping often prioritizes permanence and predictability, Lindsey’s design approach begins with seasonality, movement, and emotion.
She creates gardens the way she creates floral arrangements: rooted in what thrives locally, guided by the rhythm of the year, and arranged with an artist’s eye for texture, form, and quiet drama.
This is not a blueprint of shrubs spaced by formula. It is a layered, painterly planting of perennials, grasses, and flowering shrubs chosen for how they speak to one another.
Custom designs include:
-a detailed garden design plan and sketch
-plant sourcing and delivery to your home
-plant placement and installation
-the option to add on quarterly maintenance plans
-recommendations for hardscaping (though please note that we do not currently install hardscaping)
*Liliharp Flowers is located in Charlottesville, Virginia, and is currently only booking custom designs and installs for those within 25 miles of Crozet, Virginia.
