Ice King is a double narcissus (commonly known as daffodil) that produces layers of beautifully crimped petals. White with lemon yellow streaks. They bloom in early spring, reaching apprxoimately 18" high.
Daffodil bulbs can often be the target of rodents such as squirrels, but they are incredibly deer resistant once in bloom.
Daffodils will naturalize easily, but please note that foliage should be left to die back naturally to ensure repeat blooms year after year. It can be completely mowed down or cut back in early summer.
